In 2024, Freddy will commemorate 20 years of career with a very special release: “Infinite Roots”, an original and fresh re-recording of his greatest hits and live successes, produced by the amazing reggae producer and Fred’s long time drummer and collaborator, Mighty Drop, in collaboration with Dutch producer Jori Collignon (Collignon/ Skip&Die). To celebrate this milestone Freddy will hit the road once again, spreading his positive vibrations all over Europe.

“FAZUMA (Infinite Roots)”

The song "Fazuma" is the celebration of Reggae Culture and its positive impact on the world by promoting love and respect among people. It was first released in 2007 and became an instant hit in Portugal. Recently, a new version of the song was recorded live in the studio with fresh arrangements that include captivating horns and the outstanding backing vocals of Loki and Anastácia Carvalho.
The song was produced by Freddy's drummer, Mighty Drop, and received some final touches by Jori Collignon. It was mixed and mastered by Beat Laden. Freddy Locks and the Gris Gris Records assembled a remarkable team to make this new version of "Fazuma" a global hit, spreading love and positivity worldwide.
